There’s a new way to create Hilary Duff’s dark smoky eyes, and it’s not by using black eye shadow like she did in the photo to the left!
“The silvery pewter tone is a more grown-up way to wear smoky eyes,” says Hilary’s makeup artist, Nick Barose, referring to the sultry, sparkly look she flashed at the launch of her first-ever fragrance, With Love…Hilary Duff, at NYC’s Macy’s Herald Square. “It adds a cool edge instantly! For added sultriness I smudged black eye pencil along her upper and lower lash lines."
To re-create her look, use the same shadow she did! It may look dark, but the shimmery finish makes eyes look brighter.
